As her love for marketing and brand grew at Red Bull she took charge of the 250 strong student team, creating a passionate and loyal following that focused on word of mouth marketing. She led teams delivering brand campaigns, innovation and amazing events which brought the Red Bull Culture to life.

She left Red Bull in 2012 to spread her passion of building high performing teams and cultures. With her partner in crime, Imogen, she set up FizzPopBANG with a single-minded mission to banish the world of ‘Sunday night dread’, and make the world a place where people whistle on their way to work and perform at their best when they get there.

She now spends most of her time managing cultural change programs, facilitating fabulous workshops and adding sparkle to companies through their finest asset, their people.
